  • A minimum of first degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • ICT
  • Electrical Engineering
  • 4-5 years IT and Networking Experience
  • Expected to display:

  • An ability to prioritize and delegate
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to think logically
  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

  • Knowledgeable in hardware component and maintenance

  • Good knowledge on IT , networking terminologies , technologies and software’s such as Corel draw, adobe reader , MS. Word , MS. Excel and Power Point , MS Visio etc.


  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Testing new technology
  • Training Staff on IT Introductory topics
  • Provide technical advice in purchasing of systems and accessories
  • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors
  • Protect companies data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
  • Manage and oversee departmental quotas
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT departments
  • Manage daily operations of the IT department
  • provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • support the roll-out of new applications
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Work closely with Business Development and Project department on Bids , uploading of documents an Nipex and other portals
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
  • Conduct Backups for  files and folders

Salary: 80000- 130000
