- Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs, counselling staff about any problems they may have within the company and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- You will oversee employee services such as health and safety and maintain employee records as well as keeping company documentation up to date.
- You will be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, create and implement effectively onboarding plans.
