Dops Products Nigeria Limited is a fast growing household and personal-care company that has continually evolved over the last 35 years with our brands Toly, Mojees and Lyday.  As part of our strategy to attract high performing talents while developing our existing talents, there is a new and exciting role in our Executive Team for an HR Manager reporting directly to the CEO

Job Description:

  • Developing and maintaining a high-performance culture within the company
  • Develop and Execute in-house programs to continually motivate staff at different levels of the company 
  • Can communicate, motivate and work with high and low skilled workers 
  • Develop a performance-based KPI structure 
  • Make our company attractive to new recruits
  • Identify skill gaps and work towards filling them
  • Identify and develop training programs that will be beneficial at different levels of the staff.

Skills

  • Must have excellent leadership qualities 
  • Highly Self Motivated and a Self starter
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Yoruba and Broken English in order to effectively communicate with Factory Workers. Other local languages like Igbo and Hausa is an advantage but not a necessity
  • At least 3 years experience in an HR position in an environment that includes skilled and unskilled workers

Remuneration

  • 1.4M to 2M per year
  • Yearly company bonus
  • Flexible Working Hours with the opportunity to work from home
  • Company Car allowance - after first year
