To provide day-to-day HR support across the entire company in relation to all HR functional areas and employee administration.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Management level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

The requirements for this job position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR Department
  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources office
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes when required
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
