Job Description

·         Conduct preliminary screening on all applicants: reviewing CV’S, scheduling practical and basic skills test and selecting candidates

·         In-Charge of personnel matters

·         Develop and maintain standard HR Processes

·         Manage payroll processes

·         Responsible for appraisal process and assists with staff appraisals

·         Responsible for disciplinary and exit matters

·         Liaise with external agencies on PAYEE, Pension, HMO, NSITF etc

·         Process staff welfare issues ( Birthdays, Child Delivery, Wedding)

·         In-Charge of internal and external training

·         Manage employee on boarding process

·         Develop, organize and maintain an office filling system

·         Write letters, reports and develop presentations as required

·         Manage daily petty cash account and office supply needs

·         Maintain employee attendance (sick leave, absence, annual leave etc)

·         Implement the company’s policies and procedures; work to ensure all HR provisions and regulations are in accordance with current state and federal laws

·         Collaborate with managers; including the internal and external agencies regarding matters on new positions in the company.


Bsc in Human Resource Management

CIPM and other relevant professional certifications are added advantage
