The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
o Provide professional HR advice to management
o Manage Human Resources affairs such as recruitment, people development, roster preparation, payroll, attendance record, day off and annual leave record etc.
o Maintain good employee relations by organizing staff activities to ensure effective communications, team building and staff motivations.
o Develop and compile various human resources reports and statistics for management review
o Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration or equivalent
o Minimum of 3 years’ relevant and verifiable working experience.
o Well verse in Nigerian labour related legislation
o Strong manpower planning, and performance management skills
o Good command of written and spoken English.
o Excellent communication, inter-personal, organizational and critical thinking skills
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Attention to detail and good judgment
o Recognized HR or related certification is an advantage.
