The Candidate will be responsible for delivering daily administration functions, organising/ managing human interaction, skills management, preparation/ documentation of statutory requirements, and general human resources functions.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies with initiatives aligned with the  overall business strategy 
  • Planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and controlling the  administrative activities or decisions made within the organisation 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development  engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital 
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and  procedures across the organisation 
  • Nurture a positive work environment (ensuring that the building and  facilities are in compliance with health environmental and security 
  • standards)
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR  metrics 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management  practices 
  • Design, implement and monitor adherence to HR policies of recruitment,  training and development, employee relation, rewards management and human resource information system 
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,  grievances or other issues 


Requirement Qualification and Experience
  • B.Sc. in Human resource, Business administration or relevant field is  required 
  • Masters in relevant field is an added advantage
  • Certified qualification(CIPM) or equivalent is preferred
  • Candidate must have minimum of 3 years proven experience in similar
  • role
  • Relevant experience in senior management role
  • Candidates should have at least 6 years generalist experience in Human
  • Resources and Administration
  • Competence (Knowledge /skill and abilities)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to manage millennial effectively
  • Competence in building and effectively managing relationships at all
  • levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices
  • Experience in performance evaluation and change management
  • Ability to manage multiple teams at the same time
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirement and safety rules

  • Outstanding leadership and organisational skill
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
