Job Description

Job Responsibility 

  • Make the recruitment plan according to the manpower plan. 
  • Choose and maintain the recruitment channel. 
  • Collect the candidates’ information, initially screen the candidates and coordinate the interview. 
  • Recruitment procedure improvement and maintenance. 
  • Arrange and review the process of interview. 
  • Handle new employee enrollment and relevant documents, onboard guide, welcome letter, enroll process, integration plan 
  • Employee HRIS management. 
  • Manage relevant recruitment documents and manage the talent information reservoir. 
  • Make open position report. 

 

Requirement 

  • Bachelor degree or above. 
  • Over 2 years’ experience of recruitment . 
  • Demand of recruitment development and management. 
  • Interview skill and identify skill. 
  • Be familiar with local labor law and relevant regulation. 
  • Good oral and written English or Mandarin;
