  • Maintains employees by establishing and maintaining a recruiting, testing and interviewing program
  • Updating job requirements for all positions¬†
  • Planning and monitoring training and appraisals of employees.
  • Interfacing with government officials and ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements
  • Managing payments of salaries and overtime of employees and imputing all necessary deductions.¬†
  • Managing disbursement of loans to employees
  • Managing HMO policies and hospital appointments of company staff
