Job Description

Details:

We seek to fill in the role of HR Executive who has  diverse knowledge in various HR functions.

He / She will support the HR Department in executing operational tasks, and engaging in HR activities not limited to talent acquisition, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, etc.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Policy administration, counseling on policies and procedures
  • Support in the development of strategic HR initiatives and system.
  • Support in the development of strategic HR initiatives and system.
  • Talent acquisition, preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Implementation and execution of effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs and execute training needs analysis
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Leave administration
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Development and review of HR SOPs in accordance with the organizational structure.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant field
  • 1-2 years work experience as HR Personnel.
  • Vast understanding of applicable labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (Recruitment, Performance management, benefit and administration, training & development, exit process, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS would be an advantage
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Professional with strong ethical conduct
  • A self-starter able to work without supervision.
