Capacity Building

Reporting structure Agent – Regional Assistant – Regional Manager

All KPI development and tracking

Restructuring ASOLAR’s organization to be more efficient in client management

Support overall company Hiring strategy

Job Description development and analysis

Assistance in hiring key roles for Retail Business

Assistance in other projects depending on demand and skills you show throughout your probation period.

Qualifications and Education Requirements


2-5 years’ work experience in HR and/or Process Management. Candidate should have successfully completed his/her NYSC 

Preferred Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to maintain calm under pressure

A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering

Very Good use of Microsoft office and proficient in the use of excel 

Supervisor and reporting Line: Report to the General Manager with dotted line to the Executive Director.
