Simeons Pivot Resources - One of our clients in the Consulting Industry (Human Resource and Training), is recruiting to fill the position above.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant educational qualification in Social Science or any other discipline
  • At least 2-3 years.
  • Having worked in an HR or a Training Industry is an added advantage
  • Competence in Business Development is also an advantage
  • Candidates should have provable skills and knowledge in Business Development, Human Resource and Training functions
