Simeons Pivot Resources - One of our clients in the Consulting Industry (Human Resource and Training), is recruiting to fill the position above.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Relevant educational qualification in Social Science or any other discipline
- At least 2-3 years.
- Having worked in an HR or a Training Industry is an added advantage
- Competence in Business Development is also an advantage
- Candidates should have provable skills and knowledge in Business Development, Human Resource and Training functions
