Maintenance of Proper records of all the Office Utilities and Subscription schedule.
Oversee the management of office plants, Machineries, Motor vehicle etc.
Ensure discipline is maintained among the staff
Uphold and implement the Company policies
Ensure staff adhere strictly to the company’s procedures and instructions
Undertaking any other assignment as may be given from time to time by the management.
Collaborate with other colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring departmental expenses.
Take minutes of executive meeting and keep record of same.
BSC/HND in Social sciences or relevant field
Proven experience as an HR / Admin Officer or similar role
Solid knowledge of Human Resources techniques and principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer software (e.g. Navision)
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A good team player
