Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate HR / Admin Officer that will be significant in handling staff skills and abilities. A successful Human Resources personnel that will be in charge of staff related issues, such as benefits, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational development, culture & general Office administration. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different individuals.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

  • General Office administration 

  • Human Resources Management

  • Management of Official Correspondences

  • Maintenance of Proper records of all the Office Utilities and Subscription schedule. 

  • Oversee the management of office plants, Machineries, Motor vehicle etc.

  • Ensure discipline is maintained among the staff

  • Uphold and implement the Company policies

  • Ensure staff adhere strictly to the company’s procedures and instructions

  • Undertaking any other assignment as may be given from time to time by the management. 

  • Collaborate with other colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring departmental expenses.

  • Take minutes of executive meeting and keep record of same. 


Requirements:
  • BSC/HND in Social sciences or relevant field

  • Proven experience as an HR / Admin Officer or similar role

  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources techniques and principles

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer software (e.g. Navision) 

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • A good team player
