Job Description

  • Maintain staff records/Statistics
  • Assist with Performance Management Programs
  • Manage Company Pension Fund and dealing with Pension Fund Administrators
  • Ensure the implementation of the disciplinary procedure.
  • Vet payroll and addressing pay discrepancies
  • Analyzing Training needs, Preparing Training Plans/Calendars and dealing with Industrial Training Fund
  • Checking references and organizing background checks

Key Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year HR related experience in an IT related business.
  • Minimum of HND, LL.B/ B.Sc/ B.A in Social Sciences or related field, or a Professional certification in HR (such CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates integrity, leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to architect and drive change.
  • Ability to influence senior management.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
