- Maintain staff records/Statistics
- Assist with Performance Management Programs
- Manage Company Pension Fund and dealing with Pension Fund Administrators
- Ensure the implementation of the disciplinary procedure.
- Vet payroll and addressing pay discrepancies
- Analyzing Training needs, Preparing Training Plans/Calendars and dealing with Industrial Training Fund
- Checking references and organizing background checks
- Must have a minimum of 1 year HR related experience in an IT related business.
- Minimum of HND, LL.B/ B.Sc/ B.A in Social Sciences or related field, or a Professional certification in HR (such CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.
