we are currently recruiting for the position of HMO Client Coordinator

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

  • Acts as the liaison between the clinical staff and the HMO's
  • Collect vital information from various departments to be shared with the HMO's
  • Verify coverage & benefits with the HMO's to ensure proper compensation
  • Coordinate the services associated with discharge or return home
  • Manage the MLTC secondary
  • Assist in ordering equipment, coordinating patient transportation, updating calendar, etc.
  • Update tracking for therapists, get signatures and approvals for equipment and script

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND in a relevant field of study
  • Must have experience in the HMO industry
