Job Summary

The Support Service Manager is to coordinate and supervise internal and external operations/Admin for all retail outlets and head office

Job Description

Position Criteria:

Must possess a total of 10 years working experience in Office Administration, procurement, inventory and supply chain management. Must have minimum of 4 years in managerial role.

Must have managed at least 3 people

Must have coordinated administrative duties across a minimum of 5 locations within and outside Lagos

Must have used an ERP or any other relevant software apart from Excel for the management of inventory

Candidates living within the Island (Lekki, Surulere or Ikoyi) would have an added advantage

Must have experience and ability to set up and lead the Support Services Department within the first 50days in office

Must have a significant success story (achievement) in the areas of cost saving and process improvement 

Requirements And Qualifications

Minimum of a First Degree. Membership of any relevant professional body is an added advantage;

Minimum four (4) years’ experience in similar managerial role;

Candidate must be proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint for proposals, reporting and presentations;

Sound business acumen with knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles;

Excellent organizational and leadership capacities;

Budgeting and financial planning and reporting;

Sound understanding of optimization of outlet operations and standards for success.
