Job Description

Job Objective(s)

  • Maximising company’s profitability while meeting sales target and motivating other staff to do such
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial and customer increase for the organisation

Reporting Relationships

Reports To:

  • The General Manager/ COO
  • Supervises
  • Retail Supervisor


Corporate Sales Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Manager/ COO  in executing the company’s B2B strategy and programs in order to support the business objectives
  • Develop short term  and midterm plan to reach out to prospective corporate and bulk purchase clients by Identifying opportunities for bulk sales within organisations  while negotiating discounts based on bulk purchases and company policies
  • Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs
  • Create opportunities for sale on other platforms (keexs website, spar, TAN, etc) where bulk opportunities are not feasible based on the quantities required
  • Drive Keexs periodic promotion program (sales, discounts, special offers and schemes)

Other Sales and Operational Responsibilities

  • Supervise all sales staff by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning monitoring and appraising job results
  • Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports  and trends to assist in the acquisition of B2B clients
  • Research, identify and generate sales opportunities within the corporate business world for bulk purchases and increase in total organisational sales target
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content and look and feel of all internal  external communications and marketing materials like fliers, etc
  • Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in all locations, so as to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. 
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenses, analysing variances and initiating corrective measures

Qualification & Experience

  • HND or BSc. graduate in any field or discipline preferably social sciences
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales management in a retail business, 3 years minimum at a supervisory role
  • Experience in merchandising  and knowledge of an inventory management an advantage

  • Weekly Total Unfulfilled Orders
  • Client Acquisition and Conversion Rate


  • Salary: 150-250k
  • Location: Opebi road, Ikeja
