• Drafting of Accounting/System manuals. • Designing of Accounting Systems (both manual and computerized systems) • Preparation of Management Accounts/Financial Statements • Participates in Auditing of companies and preparation of management reports thereon. • Providing Financial Advisory services to clients • Providing Advisory Services on payroll structure, PAYE computations and remittances. • Assisting and advising clients on Withholding taxes, VAT matters and their remittances to appropriate authorities. • Attending to queries raised by Inland/Internal Revenue Services and representing clients at meetings organized by the Revenue Authorities. • Preparation of Business Plans for new businesses and for expansion of existing businesses. • Petty Cash Management • Computing and filling of Annual Returns with the Registrar of Companies. • General Financial Management and Office Administration.
