Job Requirements 

  • The ideal candidate is required to have experience with management and strategy
  • The ideal candidate needs to have at least 7 years’ experience in HR management.
  • The ideal candidate needs to have a thorough knowledge and implementation of the focused HR core areas such as Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Career Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labour Relations, 
  • The candidate must be female.
  • An MBA or Masters in HR
  • An HR certification
