Job Description

  • Developing strategies to ensure a high Employee Engagement is maintained at all time
  • Overseeing and supervise the preparation of the annual Admin and staff cost budget of the Bank
  • Ensuring that the compensation structure and reward system are competitive and motivational to attract and retain the right talent
  • Managing the office environment and ensuring that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained at all time.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant University degree(s)
  • MBA/relevant Masters in HR related subject
  • Membership of CIPM, CIPD or SPHR is compulsory
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in human resource administration in a good organization
  • Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
