Job Description

  • Supervises and provides direction in the implementation of all Human Resources and Admin Units functions.
  • Develops operational HR Policies and procedure of the company
  • Develops implements and manages the company’s HR systems including career management, performance management, competency development, manpower & succession planning, etc.
  • Identifies the company’s manpower needs and manages the recruitment and selection process
  • Provide data for defining and maintaining a competitive and merit-based compensation system to support the company’s vision and strategy
  • Manages employees training and development
  • Manages employee relations and relationship with employee groups
  • Formulates and implements procurement and facilitates implementation of management policies, procedures and controls
  • Manages the procurement process and ensures that the company’s physical assets are adequately maintained and secured
  • Interacts with and manages third party service providers
  • Ensure that staff performance appraisals are effectively carried out and results implemented
  • Discuss with the management of various innovations in HR practice
  • Liaise with various government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws
