Role and Responsibilities
Generally, you will effectively take charge of expanding business volume through diligent collection, collation and analysis of market information as well as internal data for the purpose of identification and development of viable products and services for the bank. This job position will require you to engage local and international partners for the purpose of exploring new business opportunities. Specifically, you will:
Take the lead in developing new products and/or re-engineering existing ones. Have direct influence on the development of the bank’s products and services for the next/current wave of clients
Work with different business segments to scale a new, rapidly growing product or business opportunity
Show strong judgment skills on client engagements, market growth and on constructive team dynamics
Keep banking knowledge current with regulatory and industry trends and developments
Work with the Strategy Group to develop and execute strategies for new markets for the bank, and deepening market share in existing ones.
Develop and maintain banking relationship with new and existing customers and organizations. Closely partner with business lines to capture and enhance the total customer banking relationship
Work with the Strategy Group to analyze and monitor banking activities of competitors through the conduct of periodic market research
Scope and size opportunities in a data-driven way for overall product and service strategy
Stay consistently on top of where the bank’s products and services are heading
Work closely with Client Relations Unit to research and resolve client issues and problems
Build strong business relationships with local and international partners, industry professionals, competitors and other personnel for the purpose of maximizing new business opportunities.
Communicate new product development to clients and prospective clients.
Helping team members develop their skills.

Post-graduate degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
