  • Good University degree in Engineering or Humanities with a minimum of 7 years proven experience (At least 4 years at Managerial level).
  • Relevant Postgraduate/MBA or Professional Qualification (Added advantage)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytical rigorous initiatives,
  • Proven track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
  • Adequate knowledge of the solid minerals and mining industry and its value chains.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work with a high level of attention to details, the ability to work under own initiative, as well as accurately keep to defined plans and specifications.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Analytical and problem- solving skills.
  • Sale/business development experience.
  • commercial and financial acumen.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
