- Creating / designing and identifying new leads and potential new clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective business development initiatives to convert prospects into clients.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Overall business performance of the department.
- Percentage of satisfied clients.
- The timely, effective and efficient delivery of clients’ requests.
- Number of new initiatives developed within a set period
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written and communication, and Creative skills
- Excellent presentation skills (must
be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent research skills and ability to apply insights to problem- solving
