JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our company is also looking at petroleum products marketing and service provision for major oil companies. As a result, we currently under-going transformation and transitional period.

We are positioning ourselves to delivering exemplary service to our customers and thus have urgent need to recruit extra-ordinary individual’s for the position of General Manager (Administration /Management).

Preference would be given to candidates from the northern part of Nigeria

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will oversee the group’s administrative and business function and also ensure effective management communication and facilitate corporate communications, of which will also involve developing and implementing communication strategies, aimed positioning the group of companies in strategic positions where they have business opportunities.

The right candidate will also oversee the comprehensive restructuring and communication strategies that will convey the groups external and internal messages to their chosen business sectors.

There will also be development of performance standards and KPI for every for every staff of the group in line with the Groups high level expectations.

SKILLS REQUIRED

The chosen   candidate must have a high drive in restructuring and a transformation and also result oriented in businesses that are used to assessing manager’s based on KPI and results.

He or she must also have the drive, ambition and energy to seek new businesses that will transcend what the group is doing.

Excellent leadership skills with ability to work as a team leader, supervision and manager and also special skills in detecting rare talent and nurturing such talent is also essential.

 

Ability to drive a restructuring an ambitious group of company that is used to achieving results of very high stakes required.

The chosen candidate must have innovative and creative skills that will be able to align with chief executive’s creative and innovative mind and must believe in the moral and integrity standards that are set by the board and adhere to them with any compromise.

SALARY/ REMUNERATIONS

Salary and remuneration will be based on class of the chosen candidate, performance and negotiation but will be an attractive package in accordance with such high positions.
