A reputable organisation seeks to fill the above position with suitable and qualified persons.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Good communications skills is important.
- Will have the ability to carry out filing and assist the office manager.
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in similar roles.
- Must not be living too far from Lekki, and will have the ability to work late.
- Excellent computer skills is a requirement.
