- Resolving Customer complains, queries and making recommendations on how to prevent future occurrence.
- Keep customer data base at all times.
- Developing Relationship with all customers.
- Developing Simple and workable customer Feed back.
- Develop and Maintain Customer reward System and Plan.
- Develop and Maintain "Know Your customer" policy.
- Maintain a bulk SMS system for easy client communication.
- Maintain Relationship with SIXT HQ on customer relations and other issues as may be assigned.
- Client Visitation.
- Develop Customer Appreciation program.
- To undertake such other Duties as required and Commensurate with the Grade and title of the Job.
- OND/NCE/HND in relevant course.
- 3 years cognate experience.
- Additional qualifications will be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point (Office Utility).
- Analytical Skill.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skill (oral/writing)
