Will perform the functions of a front desk executive

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

Responsibilities     

  • Resolving Customer complains, queries and making recommendations on how to prevent future occurrence.
  • Keep customer data base at all times.
  • Developing Relationship with all customers.
  • Developing Simple and workable customer Feed back.
  • Develop and Maintain Customer reward System and Plan.
  • Develop and Maintain "Know Your customer" policy.
  • Maintain a bulk SMS system for easy client communication.
  • Maintain Relationship with SIXT HQ on customer relations and other issues as may be assigned.
  • Client Visitation.
  • Develop Customer Appreciation program.
  • To undertake such other Duties as required and Commensurate with the Grade and title of the Job.

Requirements

  • OND/NCE/HND in relevant course.
  • 3 years cognate experience.
  • Additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point (Office Utility).
  • Analytical Skill.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skill (oral/writing)
