Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Meet and greet all individuals that walk into the company warmly

    ensuring that the company’s Brand is expressed

  • Receive all mail correspondence for the company and channel them appropriately
  • Manage visitors, calls and enquiries directing such to the appropriate channel
  • Managing the reception area ambience and ensuring that the office area is neat and attractive
  • Route inquiries to the proper channels and assist visitors with meeting the appropriate personnel
  • Restrict movement of visitors within the office premises
  • Handle administrative role with regards to general office management
