HR-on-Wheels - Our client, a leading player in the retail industry is looking to hire qualified and competent individuals for the position above.
- Receive customers/visitors and directs them to the appropriate person, official or department.
- Maintain a clean and presentable front office
- Maintain a logbook and ensure sign in and out by all visitors.
- Operate listed office machines as required, Maintain office supply inventory.
- Perform other operational duties as required on an ad-hoc basis.
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
