Answer questions from merchants and their customers via email, social media, and text messages. Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls.

Job Description

HR-on-Wheels - Our client, a leading player in the retail industry is looking to hire qualified and competent individuals for the position above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive customers/visitors and directs them to the appropriate person, official or department.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable front office
  • Maintain a logbook and ensure sign in and out by all visitors.
  • Operate listed office machines as required, Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Perform other operational duties as required on an ad-hoc basis.


  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
