Job Description

  • Provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds students/clients and sponsors expectations on our products and services.
  • Support the students/clients life cycle: prospecting, counselling, admission, orientation, support, satisfaction, retention and productive output.
  • Follow up potential leads and ensure best services are proffered to them by understanding and keeping abreast of updated information, career opportunities and industry dynamics to drive best options for students/clients.
  • Facilitate the interaction between students/clients and faculties/departments to ensure quality content delivery and accomplishing of their educational dreams.
  • Monitor students attendance and feedback and maintain accurate and complete student records as required by administrative regulations.
  • Handle other assigned administrative responsibilities with revenue generation based on the assigned targets.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, office layout, etc.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.
  • Provide front desk coverage, including managing a busy, multi-line phone system, greeting guests who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
  • Provide direct administrative support to management, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conferences.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for all levels of employees.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
