  • We are currently recruiting for the role of Front desk &Admin Officer who will be responsible for handling the front desk reception and administrative duties for the organization.


  • As the ideal candidate for the Front desk &Admin Officer, you are responsible for:
  • Welcoming business visitors and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing times
  • Obtaining and issuing of CUG lines to new employees
  • Managing the office telephone lines and handling inquiries from visitors
  • Handling and distributing incoming emails and dispatch
  • Monitoring the maintenance and cleanup of the facility
  • Supervising the cleaner and the dispatch rider to ensure they perform as expected
  • Managing the provision of office supplies and other administrative items
  • Coordinating the payment of bills for the company
  • Dealing with vendors and service providers.

Requirements, Education and/or Work Experience

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Front desk management experience
  • Customer service certifications or training
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Minimum HND or B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related courses.
