Take accurate measurement of Customers
Fully understand the nuances of Customer outfit requests
Log Customer measurements into the Fitted app/system for storage on the Customers’ profile and Fitted® database
Send the measurements and details of order to the Tailor.
Effectively communicate with Tailors and get them to understand the nature of the Customer’s request, how it should be made, and any nuancing required
Deliver final outfits to Customers once completed by the Tailor
Represent the Fitted® brand impeccably through warm customer service
Can perform basic alterations for outfits
Admin and market research into fabric prices etc.
Assistance in developing Fitted systems
Well-spoken, articulate graduate with 1 -2 years’ experience across the tailoring value-chain (pattern-cutting, sewing, designing).
Excellent at taking measurements
Polite, warm and personable
Very good at following processes
Excellent communicator with individuals of all ages and levels (Senior executives, entry-level staff)
Capable designer – able to communicate visual ideas in illustration in a way tailors can understand
Excellent sewing abilities
Good knowledge of all aspects of the tailoring business including design, fabrics, production etc.
Good knowledge of local fabric markets. Existing contacts are welcome
Strong written and oral communication skills
Multi-lingual – Yoruba and/or French welcome
