Assisting in the
preparation of budgets
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
Providing customer service to clients
Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Preparing monthly management reports and financial statements
Any other duty as assigned by management
understanding of financial accounting.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work as a team with other people.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Accounting Software.
Ability to generate timely, concise, and effective business correspondence both oral and written.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to respond to evolving financial and economic landscape.
Attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree in
accounting or any other degree.
Must have passed at least one level of ACCA or ACA.
2 - 5 years’ experience in finance, financial accounting or auditing.
Experience in an Engineering, Procurement and Construction and Installation Company specializing in Power, Oil and Gas related projects
