The role consists of, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Accounting and Administration
Maintaining the books and records of the company, performing daily accounting and administration operations
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of periodic budgets, forecasts and assistance in strategic planning
Bank daily operations, credit cards reconciliation and posting, cash flow and treasury operations
Monitoring of payables and receivables, escalating collection issues as appropriate
Production and collection profitability reporting
Monthly accounts closings, regulatory (tax etc) computations
HR and administrative processes, administrative follow-up of workforce suppliers compliance on productions
Communicating with external consultants including tax consultants and Auditors
Office supplies procurement and maintenance
Maintaining the relationship with the landlord, arranging for necessary office repairs/improvements with the building services
Overseeing execution of office service contracts
Overseeing office calendar and internal communication
The Ideal Candidate
Previous Accounting/Office management experience (at least 3 years).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent attention to detail.
Interest into the fashion and creative services industries, ability to connect effectively in a creative environment and work in team.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
