Job Description : This is a junior role for business development management and helping the lead achieve business sales and growth on all sides. This role will require you to handle existing clients, and recruit new ones. Manage relationship effectively and positively affect the growth of the company financially.
Identify new customer and new market. Identify customer needs.
Work out strategy to secure the orders.
Meet or exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned segments and territories.
Carry out tender reviews, negotiations in order to secure orders.
Interface with customers and monitor progress of projects.
Feedback information to customers on quality improvements on products and changes, as and when necessary
Dynamic team player with high integrity and commitment
Experience in customer service or business development is a plus.
Strong negotiations skills is essential
Technical Competence with Email handling, Excel sheet and Microsft Word.
Must be a self-starter and pro-active. Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Must have customer oriented mindset
You must have steady access to power supply and internet between 8am-5pm
You must have your own laptop for work
Ability to connect with clients and negotiate for best deal
This is a remote position, which means working from home or wherever convenient
