Office Assistant/Secretary with outstanding eloquence for Online Marketing and Sales Generation.
The ideal candidate must have expert knowledge in using INSTAGRAM and Facebook for Marketing and must have good command of both spoken and written English.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making phone calls to the company’s clients to remind them about the services of the company.
- Support other staff in managing the company’s Instagram page, making and promoting posts as directed by the company management and ensure constant lead generation through the Instagram Adverts.
- Draft correspondence on non-substantive issues and ensure its follow-up;
- Maintain an appropriate filing system; back-to-office reports, ascertain the quality of documents requiring the approval and / or signature of experts and other staff members;
- Prepare and finalize draft correspondence concerning various aspects, on behalf of the CEO, prepare minutes of experts ‘meetings;
- Receive visitors and attend to them with tact and discretion;
- Maintain strict confidentiality about the company’s vital information as required by the CEO Prepare briefing material used for daily business administrations and meetings;
- Handle the CEO related issues concerning reception of the visitors and of the Office; Participate in staff meetings, take notes and produce reports for record purpose;
- Strong and expert knowledge of in using Instagram, Twitter and all kinds of Social Media for marketing and generating sales.
- Strong Computer skills
- Outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
- Must be ready to travel if necessary, especially at short notice.
- Strong passion to learn and understand the fundamentals of the company’s business within the shortest period of time.
