Requirements: 
Qualifications include HND or degree in facilities management, a related qualification in engineering or related field Evidence of membership of relevant professional body and Certification in project management Minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience. 
Relevant knowledge/certification in electrical installation is added advantage 
Such Candidate must demonstrate: Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people. 
Such candidate must be organised and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer and client management skills. Facilities manager must demonstrate a unique ability to manage a varied and complex workload and also have technical knowledge of building and electrical services, 

Terms of Employment: 

 Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the College’s approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the College.

Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of personnel. 

Salary : Very attractive but negotiable
