Job Description:

  • An honest and ethical individual who takes pride in job performance and the reputation of the hotel.
  • Oversee laundry operations
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction level and monitor trends with focus on continuous improvement
  • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well-managed work schedules.
  • Set departmental target and objectives, budgets, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of housekeeping/ laundry staff
  • Ensure staffing levels coversĀ  business demands
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures,
  • Competent in property management (linen cleaning & laundry materials)
