Executive Director (Business Development)

Job Summary

The service of an Executive Director (Business Development) is urgently needed in a Security company to manage the company’s daily business operations professionally. His actions and tasks MUST be profit-driven with the sole aim of client satisfaction. This must include managing the sales department effectively and increasing the clientele base of the company profitably. As a security company, the successful candidate should be ready to work 24/7 round clock to ensure effective and prompt service delivery at all times.

Job Description


  • Must be a graduate of any reputable higher institution.
  • Possess a degree in Business Administration as an added advantage.
  • Must possess professional certifications/qualifications.
  • Certification in security operations (verifiable) would be an added advantage. 


  • Must have worked for at least 5-years as a Business Development Manager in any organization/company with proven achievements.
  • International work experience would be an added advantage.
  • Previous service (retiring) from a military force would also be an added advantage.


  • Professional in sales and marketing.
  • Develop and ensure that job delivery is according to the yearly work plan.
  • Must be dedicated and desirous to deliver beyond expectation, zealously.
  • Ability to work and deliver commendable results under pressure.
  • Ability to coordinate and multi-task effectively.
  • Has to be creative and a fast learner.
  • Teamwork is key as a skill.
  • Be ready to take responsibility for any staff within the company.
  • Initiate business ideas that would generate income for the company.
  • Versatile in almost all business sectors.
  • Poise personality.
