Responsibilities Act as the point of contact among management, employees, clients and other external partners to the CEO/FOUNDER Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Prepare information and research for executive needs Help plan company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects. Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Oversee the performance of other junior administrative staff Act as an office manager. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during certain meetings
Requirements 3 – 5 years work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality University Degree in Business Admin or related field. Knowledge of the F&B Industry or Film & Television industry a plus.
