Job Description

  • Procurement Services - liaising and negotiating with vendor for the best price possible for requisition
  • Prepared and designed memos, minutes of meetings, presentations and general correspondence
  • Effectively organized logistics for the day to day running of the organization
  • Seamless and satisfactory execution of meetings - Annual management retreat, monthly management meetings, brown bag sessions, and other meetings - online or location based
  • Arranged conference calls, video conferences or data conferences occasionally involving a global audience
  • Provided telephone support - also act as executives’ representative to independently hand calls
  • Management of guests, staffs, security guards, office assistance, drivers and vendors Administrative, Secretarial for the organization
  • Consistently ensured high quality business support in line with my Executive’s
  • expectations in terms of routine and non-routine administrative tasks to free up executive’s time
  • Professionally manage complex calendar/diary activity, including coordination of appointments for my Executive as well as extensive rescheduling of meetings
  • Administrative, Secretarial and Recruitment Support for the organization
  • Effectively coordinate travel arrangements with multiple destinations and changes in a cost effective manner. Support with travel documentation and procedures (itineraries, visa/passport procedures)
  • Sort paper-based and electronic mail, identify actions required and take action where appropriate
  • Develope an effective and efficient method for managing the CEO’s time and tasks
  • Prepare a range of routine/non-routine correspondence according to company guidelines.
