Job Description

Job Duties:

Provide executive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director as well as develop clear channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders;
Responsible for day-to-day management of the Managing Directors’ office to ensure appropriate time utilization in relationship to external and internal requirements;
Prepare briefing and updates for Managing Director on relevant issues, outstanding projects and activities; identify issues, develop contingencies and suggest remedies;
Manage the MD’s dairy and schedule appointments accordingly;
Create briefs and agenda, establish priorities and responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for all key internal meetings involving the Managing Director, including weekly management meetings;
Support the Managing Director in developing, planning and executing company-wide, and or wide communications and events, including weekly management meetings and others;
Conduct Business Planning, incubation and research (internet and site visits);
Manage and secure institutional documents and files through hard and electronic documentation, filing processes for referral purposes;
Prepare travel itinerary for international/local meetings while making necessary visa and accommodation arrangements;
Attend management meetings to take coherent minutes and produce high quality documentation;
Assist the Managing Director with personal issues;
Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects.
Responsible for overseeing administrative and organizational support for management meetings, working with the Managing Director to prepare materials for the board, Management and staff meetings, maintaining accurate files and records related to the board of directors and senior management;
Scope of operations including but not limited to the following:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, job adverts, candidate selection, Induction and job assignment
Addressing complaints and resolving problems
Supervising assigned Administrative staff.
Qualifications and required skills:
Male or Female
30 – 45 years
Minimum of the first degree (B.sc/HND) in any discipline from a reputable university
Minimum of seven (7) years post qualification experience – post-graduation not counting NYSC.
Microsoft Office proficiency
Social Media comfortable
Salary between =N=1.8m - =N=2.4m p.a. depending on qualification and experience
Performance pay =N=1.2m based on achievement of set targets
Laptop and Smart Phone with data & voice allowances

Leave allowances as per company handbook
REPORTING LINE – to the Managing Director
Resumption – 1st August 2019
