Job Description

  • Articulate in speaking with a good command of the English language
  • Excellent IT skills to cover all Microsoft office at the highest levels except excel which can just be average.
  • Excellent ability to write letters unsupervised
  • Experience with secretarial duties such as admin and filing and taking minutes.
  • Someone with initiative and a good middle-class background that gives the confidence to engage company customers 
  • Excellent social media knowledge.
  • Ability to research and collate information in a meaningful way.
  • Candidate must be dynamic with energy and an interest in people, with good social skills.
  • Preferably a female between 25 to 30 years old with at least three years working experience in verifiable organizations. A male may be considered in exceptional cases.
  • Candidate must be flexible and ready to work long hours and also ready to travel.
  • Candidate must be creative and teachable. 
  • N150k monthly and other bonuses. Up to 180k if the experience is more than above. 
  • Any candidate who does not meet ALL the parameters as a minimum should not bother to apply. 
  • This position has the potential to grow into a manager for corporate services to cover all the above and also HR and admin, corporate issues/branding and will have opportunities for training
