Our client, a Telecommunications company subsidiary is looking to hire an Executive Assistant (EA). The role provides support to the Executive Director’s office. The EA will work directly with the Executive Director (ED) in executing both strategic and administrative tasks within the team.
The role includes:
Organize and Manage smooth running of the ED’s office administration.
Manage Executive Director’s itinerary.
Schedule appointments and maintain minutes of meetings.
Liaise/communicate with key stakeholders.
Represent ED in strategic business/stakeholder meetings
Qualification required: HND/BA/BSc in any field.
Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years in a role with both Administrative and strategic responsibilities.
