Oversee the activities of all contractors charged with the provision of estate facility management operations; such as security, environmental management services, cleaning , waste management, etc. – to ensure that CCE get best value at all times, whilst operating within current acceptable safety limits
Act as contract administrator, coordinating all CCE Estate operations contracts for high quality services delivery, while ensuring that all budgets and contract end-dates are not exceeded.
Initiate new contracts where required for the approval of estate management committee
Coordinate the operations and availability of recreational and common services and oversee the running of all commercial areas and operators, assuring safe and efficient service delivery to residents.
Administer the estate office, ensuring efficient running of the estate helpdesk for receiving resident’s requests and their expeditious treatment.
Ensure that OEM standard operating processes and manuals exist for ALL key Plant and Equipment that belong to CCE.
Finance & Administrative Management
Maintain an accurate database of all residents; to enable efficient supervision and administration of collections of estate dues, utilities payments etc.
Take a leading role in the preparation and monitoring of the Estate budget.
Generate periodic estate management reports and administer the effective dissemination of information and relevant communication to residents.
Coordinate the estate warehouse inventory management including procurement, storage, preservation and retrieval of all estate assets to ensure constant availability of stock items and maintain a database of inventories
Provide secretariat support for the CCE Estate Management and Resident Associations meetings, ensuring timely closeout of agreed actions.
Maintain records and of accounts payables and receivable’s for residents and service contractors.
