The Enterprise Sales Manager is a quota carrying senior sales position principally responsible for generating new sales and growing company's share of wallet within assigned target Industry vertical. The primary objective is to build and establish strong and lasting relationships at executive level within specific Named Accounts and expand the reference into other Accounts in the same Vertical to produce incremental revenue and increase the company's market share. The Enterprise Sales Manager is expected to uncover and close opportunities and projects in all departments of the organization through the provision of company solutions. Able to manage Sales Team is a must.
The key duties are:
To reach and exceed all quarterly and annual targets by selling Cisco-based Network Foundation and Voice & Unified Communications solutions to new and existing clients.
To generate and grow new business
To lead a sales team to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
To understand the competition within the market and keep abreast of any changes.
To stay current with relevant technical knowledge required for all portfolio of Solution sales.
Educational Qualification and Desired Skills & Experience
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Science/IT/Technical
Over 3 years of successful solution-based selling experience: Cisco-based Network Foundation and Voice & Unified Communications solutions, Data and Voice Cabling solutions; Data Centre environment solutions, Electronic Safety and Security solutions and Power IT solutions.
Professional qualification (CIM, ISMM etc) an added advantage
Must be from a Telecoms / Information Technology solution sales background
Have excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills
Be self-motivated and driven.
Have the ability to work under own initiative
Be a team player.
