Key Areas of Responsibility:
Assessing project requirements
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and schematics
Confer with engineers and other personnel to provide relevant technical information and Operation & Maintenance manuals.
Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals and coordinate with other services.
Apply knowledge of engineering principle within the building services sector on various projects.
Decision Making Authority/Approval/Authorization Level:
Expected to consult with the HOD on work related issues.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
A degree in Electrical engineering.
At least 2 years experience designing electrical systems for commercial and residential type buildings.
Proficiency in written & oral English
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Project.
Other relevant training certification is an added value.

Must have effective technical skills.
Must be a dependable team player with good interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated with the desire to deliver quality work in a professional manner
Possess good problem-solving skills
Must possess the ability to be able to adjust to and cope in a typical environment/setting like Nigeria; prior international work experience in a developing country will be an added advantage.
