Manage the development, maintenance and improvement of the framework, content, design and functionality of the company’s website.
Collaborate with direct marketing, digital marketing to shape content strategy, drive user engagement and increase ecommerce revenue.
Own data analytics, insights, and A/B testing across Digital Marketing (Acquisition, Retention, and overall Performance), Email, Site for eCommerce business.
Deliver measurable results as measured by traffic, conversion and sales.
Lead the development of database marketing analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling to drive customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases across eCommerce business.
Drive and develop necessary tools, including data visualization, dashboards, processes, as well as coaching to make data accessible and digestible to partners.
Deliver in-depth analysis on business performance (trends, funnels), drivers, and forecasts to executives and key partners.
Collaborate with brand eCommerce team, the Product Management organization, and strategic third party vendors to accelerate growth across eCommerce business.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Certification relating to web development or design
Ability to translate business strategies into web strategies with a focus on e-commerce platforms and best-in-class tool sets. Keen communication and leadership skills with exceptional written and verbal communication.
A minimum of 3 years web communications strategy development and management.
A minimum of 2 years in design, develop, test, debug and maintain web application/REST web service based solutions in PHP.
