Shall be responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents.
Shall maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage.
Shall be responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a highly organized and process-oriented person.
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills to interact with all levels of staff. Must be able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity.
Must be able to focus on a task and follow a precise process to the conclusion.
ISO certification will be an added advantage
