- The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue, drive channel penetration and improve brand visibility for the Company
- The candidates must have a positive attitude and be a resourceful team player who is knowledgeable or willing to learn how to create marketing strategies and manage clients.
- He or she must be able to work independently with very little supervision and must have the ability to convince and persuade people to open accounts with the bank.
- Develop sales strategies and discover the appropriate market for our products and services
- Generate and follow through sales leads.
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
- Meet personal and team sales targets set weekly.
